Ever since I was little, I have loved painting and creating. In eighth grade, I began to watercolor and develop hand-lettering skills. I loved it so much, I started an Etsy business, MLWrighting. I wanted to spread joy with colorfully-designed everyday stationery. I enjoyed doing pop-up markets and selling in local boutiques. I continued my business throughout high school.

In college, I fell in love with a different type of art - graphic design. I worked for two small businesses throughout college and have over five years of graphic design experience.

In 2024, I got married (!!!), hence the rebranding. It was a JOY to design and personalize my wedding. From the watercolored crest I put everywhere, to a giant hand-painted "Best Day Ever!" banner, I found a love for creating meaningful pieces for the most special day! ​

These experiences brought me to where I am today! I now live in Houston with my husband Brandon and work full-time as a Management Consultant. I still want a creative outlet - so I rebranded MLWrighting to "ByMadisonEllisor".
